This is a sports facility for the residents of Discovery Bintaro housing complex, which is predominantly occupied by working-age individuals. The design is a response to the issue of insufficient sleep duration among workers in Jakarta due to their busy work schedules. The ideal goal is to achieve good sleep quality even with a short duration to reduce physical and mental health problems. This can be achieved through light exercises that can be done for 15-40 minutes.

The building facade on each orientation has variations in height and progression, adapting to the desired views to be achieved. The presented views for building users play a role in reducing eye fatigue during exercise. There are two types of views in this design: existing views that are potential from the site and deliberately created views to fill the remaining empty spaces.

Internally, building users are directed towards opposing viewpoints to form individual boundaries, creating private spaces. The boundaries between visitors are also reinforced by the book-like facade shapes.

Building Setback Line

The site's layout is adjusted to match the geometry formed by surrounding buildings, in order to facilitate vehicle circulation.

A gap is provided between the site and the neighboring building in the South to create a connection between the circulation from the South and the West.
